ServiceNow Integration Lead
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Integration Lead with strong hands-on expertise in integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications, including HR systems and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in designing and implementing REST-based APIs and other integration methods.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Work extensively with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, middleware, LDAP, SSO, and JDBC.
- Configure and manage Integration Hub and MID Servers.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API-based integrations.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure data integrity.
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as Workday, Azure AD, SCCM, Splunk, SAP, and similar platforms.
- Implement secure integrations using authentication methods like OAuth, Basic Authentication, and certificates.
- Identify and design integration requirements, including:
- MID Server setup
- Event Management integrations
- Service Mapping and Discovery
- CMDB integrations
- Manage the full integration lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Analyze current systems and workflows to recommend improvements and optimize integration efficiency.
- Maintain detailed documentation of integration designs, processes, and configurations.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow integration projects.
- Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP, HRMS, and other enterprise systems.
- Expertise in REST/SOAP web services and API design.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Import Sets and Export Sets
- Instance Data Replication (IDR)
- Remote Tables and Remote Process
- Strong skills in data mapping, transformation logic, and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of security practices and authentication mechanisms.
