Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Vulnerability Response (VR) solutions. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in driving secure, scalable, and high-performing ServiceNow implementations aligned with business and security objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM (GRC/IRC) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and security stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable and effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide functional and technical expertise in IRM and Vulnerability Response modules with strong hands-on experience.
- Drive platform architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and ServiceNow best practices.
- Oversee and guide development teams across design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, governance frameworks, and platform best practices.
- Manage ServiceNow platform performance, including optimization, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead platform configuration, maintenance, and enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
- Handle system upgrades and architectural changes, ensuring compatibility and stability of customizations and integrations.
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow roadmap, releases, and new capabilities, proactively recommending improvements.
- Drive delivery using Agile development methodologies, ensuring high-quality and timely outcomes.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM (GRC/IRC) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and integrations
- Hands-on experience with platform performance tuning and optimization
- Experience in enterprise-scale implementations and upgrades
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to lead distributed development teams
Certifications (Mandatory)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC)
