Hiring : ServiceNow Architect (Contract)
We are currently looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to support a high-impact engagement.
Role Summary
The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for defining the overall platform architecture, ensuring scalable and secure solutions, and providing technical leadership across ServiceNow implementations. This role requires strong architectural judgment, hands-on expertise, and close collaboration with business and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern end-to-end ServiceNow architecture.
- Design scalable, secure, and performance-optimized solutions.
- Lead platform strategy, best practices, and standards.
- Oversee integrations, customizations, and complex workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and review development work.
- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow roadmap and enterprise architecture.
Required Skills & Experience
- 9+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow architecture exposure.
- Deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB.
- Strong knowledge of integrations, scripting, and platform customization.
- Experience leading large or complex ServiceNow implementations.
