Job Description:
We're looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow architect who can own end-to-end solution design, governance, and delivery across the platform. This role is responsible for defining architecture standards, guiding complex implementations, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design for enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and transformations
- Define platform strategy, roadmap, and best practices across modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.)
- Act as the technical authority for integrations, data architecture, security, and performance
- Govern solution design reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices
- Mentor developers, architects, and consultants; elevate overall team capability
- Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Oversee complex integrations with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns
- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Support presales activities, solution estimations, and executive presentations
Required Qualifications
- ServiceNow CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CMA (Certified Master Architect) certification
- 10+ years in enterprise IT and 6+ years deep experience on the ServiceNow platform
- Proven track record delivering multiple large, complex ServiceNow programs
- Strong expertise across ServiceNow architecture domains (platform, data, integration, security)
- Experience with governance frameworks, upgrade strategies, and platform optimization
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multi-instance strategy, domain separation, and global deployments
- Prior leadership or consulting experience in large enterprises
