Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Having 9 to 12 Years experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and data modeling.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, etc.).
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including ACLs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
- Architect and design scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
- Lead end-to-end development of custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and scripting (JavaScript).
- Design and implement system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure platform governance, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical standards.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and proactively recommend enhancements.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting of complex issues.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript).
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with the Field Service Management (FSM) module is a nice-to-have.
