Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Solution Architect with deep expertise in ITOM Health and AIOps solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITOM Health capabilities, enabling proactive monitoring, intelligent event correlation, predictive operations, and automated incident remediation. The candidate should possess extensive experience in designing scalable ITOM architectures and implementing AIOps solutions for large enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM Health solutions aligned with enterprise monitoring and operational excellence goals.
- Architect and deploy Event Management, Alert Management, Alert Correlation, and Operational Intelligence capabilities.
- Configure and optimize Metric Intelligence, Health Log Analytics, and Agent Client Collector (ACC) for proactive infrastructure monitoring.
- Design intelligent event correlation, noise reduction, and root cause analysis using ServiceNow AIOps capabilities.
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, SCOM, Splunk, LogicMonitor, Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog, New Relic, and cloud-native monitoring platforms.
- Define ITOM Health architecture, event processing pipelines, CMDB integration, and service mapping strategies.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, network, and application teams to improve service visibility and operational resilience.
- Design automation workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and orchestration for automated incident remediation.
- Ensure accurate CMDB population through Discovery, Service Mapping, and cloud integrations.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, best practices, and performance optimization.
- Mentor technical teams and provide solution guidance throughout project delivery.

- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of ServiceNow ITOM Architecture experience.

- Strong scripting knowledge using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow development best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, solution architecture, and leadership skills.
