Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow AI Developer with strong expertise in Now Assist, Agentic AI, and ServiceNow Integrations to build intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently analyzing business requirements, designing scalable AI-driven workflows, and implementing enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Agentic AI workflows using ServiceNow.
- Develop AI-powered automation with Now Assist.
- Configure AI Control Tower, MCP Servers (OOTB & Custom Skills), Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Conversational AI, Intelligent Search, and Process Mining.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
- Build secure integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Custom Spokes, Webhooks, OAuth 2.0, JSON/XML.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable technical solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, perform code reviews, optimize platform performance, and support Agile development.
Mandatory Skills
- 4+ years of overall IT experience with ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist (Mandatory).
- Strong experience with Agentic AI implementation.
- Experience with AI Control Tower, MCP Servers, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Conversational AI, Intelligent Search, and Process Mining.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow platform development.
- Experience building integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, OAuth 2.0, JSON/XML, and enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Willingness to work in the US Shift.
