We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI Architect with strong expertise in Now Assist to support a long-term project on fully remote basis. This is freelance contract suited to senior professionals who can deliver independently from start to finish.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the architecture, design, and implementation of AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on Now Assist. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders while maintaining ownership of delivery and solution quality.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow AI Architect
• Hands-on expertise with Now Assist and AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and best practices
• FMCG industry experience is highly appreciated
• Ability to work independently and deliver without close supervision
• Excellent English communication skills
• Must operate as a freelancer/contractor with an established company setup

• Fully remote engagement
• Initial 12-month contract with high likelihood of extensions

• B2B / freelance contract only
