About the Role

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow AI Agent Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered agents for IT, HR, Customer Service, and enterprise workflow automation. The ideal candidate should have expertise in ServiceNow AI Agents, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, JavaScript Scripting, and ITSM to build secure, scalable, and intelligent enterprise automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow AI Agents for enterprise workflow automation.
• Build AI-powered agents for IT Service Management (ITSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), and enterprise operations.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
• Configure automated workflows using Flow Designer, Flow Orchestration, and IntegrationHub.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and IntegrationHub spokes.
• Configure Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI-driven workflows, approvals, knowledge management, and intelligent automation.
• Implement AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and enterprise workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure platform security using roles, ACLs, authentication, authorization, governance, and ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-enabled workflow solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability, and provide ongoing platform support.
• Prepare technical documentation and follow ServiceNow development best practices.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Agents
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Knowledge of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Experience integrating ServiceNow using REST/SOAP APIs
• Understanding of Now Assist, Virtual Agent, ServiceNow security, workflow automation, and platform best practices
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI Controller, AI Search, and Predictive Intelligence
• Experience with App Engine Studio, Workflow Studio, and IntegrationHub ETL
• Experience with Service Catalog, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Performance Analytics
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and ServiceNow DevOps
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or ServiceNow Micro-Certifications are preferred
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience

• 2–5 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Agents, ServiceNow development, or closely related ServiceNow technologies.
