ServiceNow Agent Tech Lead

As the ServiceNow Agent Tech Lead, you will be at the forefront of the digital transformation journey. You will leverage your technical expertise to drive the development and implementation of ServiceNow virtual agent and Now Assist solutions that will shape the future of our business operations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our teams have access to the services they need to support the business operations.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with ServiceNow product squads to develop Virtual Agent and Now Assist solutions.

• Manage ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Now Assist configurations to answer critical business questions that help increase quality and reduce service delivery costs on the ServiceNow Platform.

• Develop, document, implement and maintain agent experiences utilizing ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Now Assist.

• Communicate plans, schedules, status, and results across organization.

• Train and lead ServiceNow squads on aligning processes for optimal Virtual Agent and Now Assist experiences.

• Maintain knowledge of Virtual Agent and Now Assist through continued education, conferences, and training.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree with at least two years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certifications.

• Demonstrate communication and documentation skills.

• Demonstrate ability to work and communicate collaboratively with different business areas.

• Comfortable working with translating functional requirements into technical designs.

• Experience working in an Agile project environment (SAFe or Scrum preferred) with an emphasis on frequently delivering functional software releases at a sustainable pace.
