Job Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize ServiceNow (HRSD / Employee Center Pro)
- Configure portal pages, widgets, services, and knowledge experiences
- Build and refine workflows, assignment rules, user criteria, ACLs, user roles, governance controls, and catalog items
- Support platform upgrades and patch testing
- Translate business requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions
- Monitor analytics and usage trends to continuously improve the experience
- Partner with HR Centers of Expertise, IT, and global stakeholders to evolve the portal
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure platform stability
- Document configurations and maintain strong governance standards
- Contribute to the evolution of AI-driven employee support within ServiceNow
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, HR Management, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Additional Job Standards
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience, specifically with HRSD supporting Employee Center
- 5+ years supporting HR systems or enterprise portals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to build trusted partnerships with stakeholders
- Comfort working with global, virtual teams across time zones
- Strong experience in Service Now, IT Central, Pay benefits, Pay Centro, CSA, CAP, ATI
