Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

User & Security Management:

  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, groups, and access controls (ACLs).
  • Ensure platform security and compliance with internal policies.

Platform Configuration:

  • Design forms, create workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications to automate processes.
  • Customize the user interface to align with business requirements.

Maintenance & Support:

  • Monitor platform health and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Manage platform upgrades and patches.

Customization & Reporting:

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business operations.
  • Maintain service catalog items and configuration items (CIs).

Integration & Data Management:

  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
  • Manage data imports, exports, and overall platform data integrity.
