  • Hands on experience and expertise in building SFM transactions , Wizards, Service Teams ,Custom Actions, Mapping & Expressions.
  • Hands on Experience with contracts Warranties and Entitlements and ServiceMax Custom Objects.
  • Experience on Full Cycle implementation of ServiceMax
  • Experience in Salesforce Apex Class , triggers & Flows
  • Experience in Support Activity and Client Handling.
  • Having Knowledge on Copado is Good
  • Experience in Designing solutions with servicemax platform and salesforce .

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide End to End user support , solve business/customer issues .
  • Perform day to day Salesforce and servicemax admin tasks but not limited to admin tasks only (such as profiles , roles & permission set)
  • Create and customize object, fields , layout, reports , email alerts ,approval processes workflows and process builders.
  • Partner with stake holders to solve critical business needs and perform unit test & UAT.
  • understand data flow and integration between CRM and ERP system.
  • Provide Technical solutions to address Business needs
