Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Service Training Planning & Operation Manager to lead the design, execution, and optimization of service training strategies, training center development, and operational planning. This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing the skill sets of the service workforce, ensuring training effectiveness, and supporting overall service quality and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Training Center Development
- Lead the development, construction, and expansion of service training centers.
- Manage procurement of training assets and equipment.
- Training Program Development & Evaluation
- Design and develop training aids such as cut sections, working modules, and instructional props.
- Monitor training utilization and effectiveness to optimize learning outcomes.
- Training Needs Assessment & Coordination
- Collaborate with field and quality teams to evaluate training needs and plan accordingly.
- Coordinate training schedules and resources with relevant stakeholders.
- Reporting, Budgeting & Vendor Management
- Generate periodic management reports, including Dealer Score Cards and monthly reviews.
- Plan, forecast, and monitor the training budget and ensure timely vendor payments and contract management.

Qualifications
- B.Tech / MBA
- Minimum 5 years experience in training planning, operations, or related roles
- Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or technical service industry preferred
