1. Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead and manage the Service Training team, comprising 5 Head Office Operations team members and 6 Field Trainers.
- Ensure timely upscaling of field trainers and timely knowledge updates for all team members.
- Supervise the content development team to ensure high-quality training materials, videos, and collateral are produced.
- Create, Manage & Execute Training calendar as per the field requirement & Organisational requirements.
- Oversee training and upskilling of the Inside Sales team (in-house call centre-based sales staff).
2. Training Program Design & Deliver
