## Position Overview
We are looking for motivated and technically skilled Service Technicians to join our Service & After-Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of electric vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and a passion for the EV industry are encouraged to apply.
## Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of electric vehicles.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic issues.
* Repair or replace defective components such as batteries, motors, controllers, chargers, and wiring harnesses.
* Conduct vehicle testing after repairs to ensure proper functionality and safety.
* Handle customer complaints and provide technical solutions in a professional manner.
* Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and maintenance reports.
* Assist customers with basic operational guidance and vehicle maintenance tips.
* Coordinate with the spare parts and technical support teams for timely issue resolution.
* Attend field service calls and breakdown support activities when required.
* Follow company SOPs and safety standards during all service operations.
* Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
## Eligibility Criteria
* ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics, or a related field.
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
* Basic knowledge of electrical systems, vehicle servicing, and troubleshooting.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel for field service assignments.
* Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
## Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of electric vehicle systems and components.
* Understanding of battery technology and charging systems.
* Familiarity with service tools and diagnostic equipment.
* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
