Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician & Service Advisor at Lanson Toyota in Chennai. The role involves tasks such as maintenance & repair, troubleshooting, field service, customer service, and overall maintenance of vehicles.
Qualifications
- Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting, and Field Service skills
- Customer Service skills
- Experience in maintenance tasks
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Technical certification in automotive services is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
