Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician at Lanson Toyota in Chennai. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on Toyota vehicles, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service. The Service Technician will also be involved in field service operations.
Qualifications
- Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills
- Field Service experience
- Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Technical degree or certification in automotive technology is preferred
