Role Description: Service Technician (2-Wheeler & 4-Wheeler)

A Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, servicing, diagnosing, and repairing two-wheelers and four-wheelers to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient vehicle performance. The technician works on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems according to company standards and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine servicing of 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
• Repair or replace engine parts, brakes, suspension, steering, and transmission systems
• Inspect and service battery, wiring, lights, and charging systems
• Use diagnostic tools and service equipment correctly
• Follow safety procedures and workshop standards
• Maintain service records and job cards

Test vehicles after repair to ensure proper functioning

Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical field
• Knowledge of 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler systems
• Basic understanding of EV technology (if applicable)
• Ability to read service manuals and wiring diagrams
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• 10^th/ PUC/ diploma/ ITI/ Graduate/ Postgraduate

1.5Lakhs to 3.5 Lakhs
