Service Technician

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Technician role based in Chennai. The Service Technician will install, maintain, and repair industrial and commercial cleaning equipment at customer locations and in the workshop as required. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, replacing defective parts, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. The role involves field service visits, documenting service activities, and coordinating with the service team to manage schedules and spare parts. The Service Technician will also provide basic product training to customers, respond to service inquiries professionally, and support continuous improvement of service processes.

Qualifications

• Skills in equipment Maintenance, Repair, and overall upkeep
• Expertise in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
• Experience in Field Service and on-site maintenance tasks
• Proficiency in providing excellent Customer Service and support
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and adhere to safety protocols
• Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems; relevant technical certifications are a plus

Education:-

ITI Electrical ,fitter/Diploma (Electrical or Mechanical)

Location-Chennai & open to travel other cities also

Preferred - Cleaning Industry experience

Experience - 2-3 Years

Joining- Immediately
