Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include inspecting, maintaining, and repairing motorcycles, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and providing field service support when required. The Service Technician will also interact with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and experience in routine servicing procedures
- Strong Troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose technical issues efficiently
- Experience in Field Service, with a willingness to travel for on-site support as needed
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients
- A technical diploma or certification in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of Royal Enfield products and technologies is a plus
- Ability to work independently and contribute in a team-oriented environment
