Work closely with the sales team to understand project requirements
Assemble the products as per specifications Installation Receive Installation Request Visit on-site for Installation Install the equipment Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location Provide on-site training to the customers Breakdown/Maintenance Service Receive break down/service & maintenance calls Visit customers and serve as customer facing technical resource who will resolve all customer queries Consult with clients and end-users, to determine the nature of dysfunction in the equipment Collect detailed information, perform thorough analysis and rely on experience and judgment to determine the most effective method of resolution. Work in collaboration with engineers and other senior staff as needed to provide effective end user support and issue resolution Service Operations Register service calls in service register Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database Keep an inventory of products required for the repair work Ensure inventory required for servicing is maintained in good condition Inspect all the products and make reports on replacement requirements of the products
