Job Description

Overview

Support Customer Education operations by managing training logistics, reporting, systems updates, course administration, and customer communications across on-site, virtual, regional, and eLearning programs. Ensure accurate execution of training activities through Compass, CVENT, Smartsheet, and other business tools while improving processes, maintaining data accuracy, and delivering seamless customer training experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery and administration of Customer Education programs, including on-site, virtual, regional, Informatics, and eLearning training.
  • Create, update, and maintain Compass cases, work orders, training records, and related documentation.
  • Manage course registrations, scheduling, website updates, and training information in CVENT and other systems.
  • Prepare and maintain training reports, including New Orders Analysis and revenue recognition support.
  • Processing Work Orders, RA requests, and Support Requests, including short-shipping, change-of-ownership, serial-related tasks, and deletion requests.School Billing/Cvent and TA Support, covering Support Line, Billing, Instrument Moves, and RA activities.
  • Qualifications

    1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Education, Training Management, Operations, or

    2. A related field preferred.

    3. Years of experience in training coordination, customer education, learning operations, or administrative support roles.

    4. Experience managing training programs, course registrations, scheduling, and customer communications.
