Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and generate leads for service-related business (AMC, retrofits, repairs, upgrades).
  • Promote value-added services to existing and new customers to enhance product lifecycle.
  • Prepare and deliver competitive service proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly service sales targets.

Client Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, facility managers, architects, and consultants.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and site visits to understand client requirements and pitch services.
  • Provide basic technical explanations and coordinate with service/technical teams for solution finalization.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Track customer database, sales pipeline, and service renewal cycles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (service, logistics, accounts) to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain updated records in CRM and submit sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) or any graduate with technical aptitude
  • MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred)

Experience:

  • 25 years in service sales, preferably in building materials, construction products, HVAC, elevators, or electrical systems
  • Experience dealing with builders, contractors, facility managers, or OEMs

Key Skills:

  • Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of building material product applications
  • Basic technical knowledge of installation and maintenance aspects
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, customer handling, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
