About the Role
For our location in Gurgaon, India, we are looking for an experienced individual as
Service / Sales Coordinator (Gurgaon)
Your remit
- Maintain and update customer records in Salesforce.
- Track sales/service data, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Manage documentation and filing related to sales/service activities.
- Maintain customer pricing, contracts, and order history.
- Follow up on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and changes.
- Handle customer queries related to product specs, samples, and approvals.
- Follow up with clients on orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Communicate sales/service updates and changes across departments.
- Monitor sales/service targets and help track KPIs.
- Organise events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Support lead management and follow-up processes.
Your profile
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Excel, and reporting systems.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Exposure to the service industry, technical sales, or aftermarket services is an advantage
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- A Bachelor of Engineering degree or a bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing.
- A master's degree is a plus.
