Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive service support to Relationship Managers for HNI/UHNI client portfolios
  • Manage client onboarding and account maintenance, including KYC/AML, FATCA, documentation, modifications, and periodic reviews
  • Execute and process transactions across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, deposits, and structured products
  • Handle day‑to‑day client service requests and queries related to statements, transactions, and account operations
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, compliance, product, and investment teams for timely execution
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and adherence to internal service benchmarks
  • Support portfolio reporting, client MIS, and service deliverables across investment products
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and reports for audits, reviews, and internal governance
  • Proactively monitor service turnaround times and ensure issue resolution with a client‑first approach

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in wealth management / private banking client servicing
  • Hands‑on experience in client onboarding, documentation, transaction processing, and service operations
  • Exposure to investment products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, and deposits
  • Good understanding of banking and investment compliance requirements
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Proficient in wealth platforms, core banking/portfolio systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools
