Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon, India. incumbent will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction. you will address client inquiries, provide prompt support, and work to enhance the overall client experience by ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded. Additionally will explore opportunities for new client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client servicing : Assist clients with (KYC) procedures and new account openings. Respond to various client inquiries. On boarding and trouble shooting for on-line portal to customer. Provide support to operation team in transaction processing. Support clients in any other related area of operation
- Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring personalised service and regular portfolio reviews.
- Sales & Business Development : oIdentify and acquire new clients for assigned product category through lead generation, referrals, and networking. oRegularly update clients on new products offerings and investment opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related fields. Certifications related with financial market or Mutual fund distribution will be an added advantage.
- Freshers - 6 months experience in mutual fund operations or a similar role.
- Computer skills MS office, e-mail and on-line transactions, Written English communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
