Job Description
Service Operations Manager
A facilities-management company servicing corporate campuses, standardising how it delivers and reports on service across sites
Location: Remote (India)
The client
A facilities-management company that services corporate campuses for enterprise clients has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Service Operations Manager. Clients expect a defined service level on everything from a helpdesk ticket to a maintenance breakdown, and this role owns making sure that service level is actually met and reported on, not just promised.
What's not working today
You will own the service-delivery layer that sits on top of the day-to-day facilities work — ticketing, SLA tracking, escalation management, and the client-facing reporting that shows whether service commitments are being kept.
What you'll be accountable for
- Own the service-ticketing system and SLA compliance across sites
- Manage escalation paths for missed SLAs or recurring complaints
- Build monthly service-performance reports for each client account
- Work with site teams to root-cause repeat issues rather than just close tickets
- Coordinate vendor response times against contracted service windows
Who we need
You have spent 5 to 9 years in service operations, facilities operations, or a similar service-delivery function, ideally with SLA-bound client relationships. You read a ticket log and immediately see the pattern behind it, you are calm on an escalation call with an unhappy client, and you are comfortable being on-site across campuses rather than managing the function purely from reports.
What you'll get
- Ownership of service delivery across a growing multi-campus portfolio
- Direct client-facing exposure alongside the account-management team
- Long-term, on-site placement with the client, arranged through Flexiple
Applying here also puts you in the running for other service-operations roles Flexiple is currently hiring for.
The hiring steps
An initial conversation, an SLA-and-escalation exercise, a round with account and facilities leadership, and a closing conversation with the operations head.
