Provide Technical Support & Services for mid-range system within the technology/domain scope, perform trouble shooting, fault analysis and provide recommendation for improvements. In conjunction with other services support team, deliver the services to meet with SLA and customer's standards and requirements. Take problem ownership and follow through problem escalation procedure for all critical problems during the operational support.
