Service Operation Analyst

Job Summary:

• The candidate should be well versed / proficient with MS Office Applications like Excel (Formulas, conditional formatting, Pivot tables, Index Matching).
• Requires strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Should be able to extract meaningful data for a data dump.
• Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Minimum of 1 -2 yrs. experience.
• Decent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments that includes internal, external, and customer teams
