Service Now Tester

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Tester with strong experience in ITSM testing and ServiceNow platform validation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing ServiceNow ITSM applications and a solid understanding of testing methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of Software Testing concepts (Manual / Functional Testing).

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM module.

• Experience testing ServiceNow ITSM applications such as:

  • Incident Management

  • Problem Management

  • Change Management

  • Service Catalog

• Good functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.

• Experience in creating Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scenarios.

• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.

• Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

• Willingness to work in extended shifts.
