- HAM (Hardware Asset Management) (Mandatory)
- ITOM (mandatory)
- App Engine (mandatory)
- Experience in solution design, architecture, and technical leadership
- Ability to guide development teams and handle complex ServiceNow implementations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, etc.)
- Experience working with global clients
- Prior architect or technical lead experience
