Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect / Senior Consultant with 10+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, development, and platform customization, with a focus on delivering high-quality business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements
- Lead solution architecture, requirement analysis, and technical design discussions
- Build and implement workflows using Flow Designer / Integration Hub
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and data integrations
- Work on product customization including UI, workflows, and business logic enhancements
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and platform governance
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and delivery teams for successful implementation
- Troubleshoot and optimize platform performance and scalability
Required Skills & Experience
- Design and develop end-to-end ServiceNow solutions
- Hands-on experience in Solution Design and Development
- Experience with Flow Designer and/or Integration Hub
- Strong experience in at least one module:
- ITSM (IT Service Management) OR
- CSM (Customer Service Management)
- Proven experience in ServiceNow customization and configuration
- Experience in building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Good to Have
- Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, or other ServiceNow modules
- Experience with UI Builder / Service Portal / Workspaces
- Exposure to platform governance and architecture practices
- Experience in product customization and enterprise implementations
- Experience with AI and Automation, such as:
- ServiceNow Flow Automation / RPA
- Now Assist / AI capabilities or similar
- Basic understanding of LLMs, intelligent workflows, or predictive automation
