Tasks & Responsibilities: (Major task and role person will have to perform list all the relevant points)

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove impediments that hinder team progress.
- Collaborate with Platform Owner, Platform Architect and Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Track and report key Agile metrics
- Ensure development efforts align with platform and business needs and compliance requirements
- Guide the team in Agile best practices and promote continuous improvement
- Train stakeholders in writing good and relevant themes, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support in writing and refining themes, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
Education & Trainings: (Basic & Professional)

- University degree or Equivalent recognized degree.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience in ServiceNow implementation projects
- Intercultural Experience
- Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style
- Ability to take on the perspective of a user or customer to identify necessary improvements from both viewpoints
- Interest in new and innovative solution approaches
- Friendly, communicative, and team-oriented demeanor
- Experience and confidence in public speaking situations
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
Technical know-how:(Mention the technology on which person must be experienced)
Mandatory

- Experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in a ServiceNow development environment
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow applications and implementations, e.g. in ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD and LSD processes.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow Agile Development capabilities
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification required
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., **Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist**) are a plus
- Understanding of ServiceNow processes.
