Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and supportSAM Pro and HAM Promodules on the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage theend-to-end lifecycle of software and hardware assetsfrom procurement to retirement.
- Ensuresoftware license compliance, reconciliation accuracy, and audit readiness.
- Develop custom logic usingJavaScript and Glide APIsto meet business requirements.
- Work onCMDB integrations, discovery sources, normalization, and data reconciliation.
- Build and maintainintegrationswith procurement, discovery, and third-party systems.
- Monitor and improvedata qualityacross asset and CMDB records.
- Create operational and managementreports/dashboardsfor compliance, utilization, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, and compliance stakeholders.
- Provide ongoingsupport, enhancements, and platform optimization.
