Service now QA + Selenium

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with ServiceNow SA/Dev/QA team members to understand requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow modules.
• Execute tests and identify/report defects in a timely manner.
• Perform QA for multiple ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, ITOM, GRC, etc.
• Automate testing using Selenium and Java frameworks.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and analyze issues with web services and database interactions.
• Apply a deep understanding of various testing techniques, including:
• Functional Testing
• Regression Testing
• Acceptance Testing
• Performance, Load, and Stress Testing
• Recovery Testing
• Compatibility Testing
• Security Testing
• Deployment Testing
• Strong collaboration to learn new modules and technologies quickly.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in QA automation.
