Service Now Project Lead

Description

We are looking for an experienced Service Now Project Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in Service Now projects and should be able to lead the team to deliver high-quality solutions. The position is based in India and the candidate should be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Now projects and ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Manage project risks and issues, and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Conduct project status meetings and report project progress to senior management

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Service Now projects
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Service Now certification is a must
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Now modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, AngularJS, and jQuery
• Experience in leading teams and managing projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality solutions
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
