Job Description
Must Have
- 7+ years of experience in ITSM solutions, with at least 3-4 years focused specifically on ServiceNow SPM (formerly known as PPM).
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Solution Architect, designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions using ServiceNow SPM.
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, its capabilities, and its core modules (Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, etc.).
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow SPM suite (Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Financial Management, Resource Management, etc.).
- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) and automation tools.
- Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.) and working with external systems such as ERP and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITBM modules (for managing portfolios, projects, financials, and resources).
Good to Have
- Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow's Agile Development, Financial Management, and Project Management modules.
- Experience in implementing financial management, resource management, and demand management strategies within ServiceNow.
- Exposure to ServiceNow's Cloud Management module and ITOM (IT Operations Management).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process of ServiceNow SPM modules including demand management, project portfolio management (PPM), financial management, resource management, and reporting.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow SPM modules to align with client requirements.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise in the development of custom applications, integrations, and automations within ServiceNow.
- Work closely with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business needs and define technology solutions.
- Guide clients through the technical aspects of ServiceNow SPM, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow SPM and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Financial Systems, etc.) for seamless data flow.
- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security across integrated systems.
- Implement ServiceNow's integration tools like REST, SOAP, and MID Server for effective data communication.
- Design and implement reporting and dashboard capabilities to provide insights into portfolio, demand, and project performance.
- Utilize ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting capabilities to provide real-time business intelligence.
- Elicit requirements by conducting workshops with various departments/stakeholders across the organization
- Demo relevant platform capabilities to help customer understand better
