Service Now lead

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead /Architect to drive the design, development, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, platform architecture, integrations, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow development, implementation, and customization.
• Design and develop workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Service Catalog.
• Work on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Develop and manage integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Drive technical design, architecture, code reviews, and platform best practices.
• Lead and mentor the development team and ensure timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Handle platform upgrades, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
• Experience with ITSM processes and modules.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience in technical leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination.
