· Excellent analytical and communication skills
· Work independently and as part of a team with other client's colleagues at all levels
· Work on multiple assignments and prioritize tasks, proactively raise concerns/questions where appropriate for priority or engagement conflict resolution
· Interact with clients on a regular basis through face to face meetings, video/teleconferences and email to understand client's processes and business problems
· Collaborate and coordinate with Client's colleagues that are onsite at client location
· Identify industry best practices and implement them in engagements
