Job Description :-

ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)

This role is to manage Development work assigned to help with process improvement for configuration, Compliance and Vulnerability projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for analyzing the requirement and development of that requirements.

facilitates compliance with regulatory requirements and information security policies.

Develops and reports on information security metrics.

Debugging the issues as and when needed

Monitoring the vulnerabilities to check the fetched data from integration.

Implementation of workflows and flow designers

Creating the scheduled jobs

Clear and articulate oral and written communication.

creation of client and server-side scripts as per the requirements

Works with Service Owners and SMEs.

Basic understanding of Linux/Unix commands, SUDO permissions and other OS environments

Hands-on knowledge on ServiceNow version migration/upgradation and UAT testing.

May participate in projects including preparing project plans, assigning tasks, monitoring statuses, coordinating efforts, validating team recommendations, integrating efforts into a comprehensive strategy, and delivering results on time.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline and at least 4 to 5 years of related experience

Candidate must have very good understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance best practices.

Strong analytical, communication and technical skills.

Strong experience with out of box functionalities and supporting version upgrades efforts.

Certifications Preferred:

GRC professional certification

Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control.

IT security specialist.

ServiceNow Admin &; Implementation

Industry certifications (CCNA, CompTIA N+ or A+, Oracle, Public cloud, etc.)
