Service Now Gen AI

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow GenAI Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, Now Assist, GenAI Controller, Prompt Engineering, Security Operations, ITSM, Virtual Agent, and enterprise workflow automation. 

This role is critical for leading customer-facing AI transformation initiatives, designing scalable enterprise-grade ServiceNow GenAI solutions, and driving business modernization through automation, governance, and operational excellence. 

The candidate must possess strong customer requirement understanding, technical development capability, architecture design, and strategic consulting expertise. 

Mandatory Experience Requirements: 

• 5+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience 
• Minimum 3+ years of dedicated ServiceNow GenAI / Now Assist / AI solution development 
• Proven experience in enterprise-level implementations 
• Strong customer workshop and requirement gathering experience 
• Experience in end-to-end design, development, deployment, and governance
