We are hiring for an on-site ServiceNow Developer role based in India to deliver platform customizations, integrations, and scalable automation for mission-critical operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and configure ServiceNow scoped applications, workflows, UI policies and business rules to meet functional requirements.
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP web services and MID Server.
- Implement and optimize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and maintain CMDB integrity and discovery outputs.
- Develop Service Portal pages, widgets and client-server scripts to improve user experience and self-service adoption.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support platform upgrades, release deployments and troubleshooting in production.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners and QA to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
