Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deploy FSM applications using ServiceNow best practices.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
  3. Troubleshoot issues and improve platform performance and security.
  4. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience range: 4–7 years in ServiceNow development with FSM expertise.
  2. CSA, CAD, and FSM Implementation Specialist certifications required.
  3. Strong scripting experience (JavaScript, UI Pages, Business Rules).
  4. Proficient in ITSM/ITOM modules, dashboards, and workflow design.
