Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy FSM applications using ServiceNow best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues and improve platform performance and security.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Job Requirements:
- Experience range: 4–7 years in ServiceNow development with FSM expertise.
- CSA, CAD, and FSM Implementation Specialist certifications required.
- Strong scripting experience (JavaScript, UI Pages, Business Rules).
- Proficient in ITSM/ITOM modules, dashboards, and workflow design.
