We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Vulnerability Response Implementation Specialist with a strong background in designing, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.
The ideal candidate excels at end-to-end implementations and has a demonstrated expertise in building, managing, and optimizing custom integrations between ServiceNow and third-party security/vulnerability platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
- ServiceNow SecOps Expertise: 3+ years implementing and administering ServiceNow Security Operations modules, with a focus on Vulnerability Response.
- Custom Integrations: 2+ years designing/customizing integrations (with tools such as Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, CrowdStrike, Splunk, BigFix, or SCCM), using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), flow designer, orchestration, and data import/export processes.
- Security Knowledge: Familiarity with vulnerability lifecycle management, CVE/CWE standards, risk scoring methodologies, and common enterprise security tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
