Service Now Developer

Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet business needs. This role requires technical expertise in ServiceNow modules and a collaborative mindset to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for custom development.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and client scripts.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices related to IT service management.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
