Role: Service Now Developer - ITSM & ITOM
Experience Range: 6 10 Years
Location: Vizag
Must-Have:
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop custom applications and enhancements aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature prioritization.
- Build automation workflows leveraging ServiceNow capabilities (Flow Designer, Integration Hub).
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement scalable solutions.
- Explore and implement NOW Assist and Agentic AI features to enhance user experience and productivity.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow's AI roadmap and recommend innovative use cases.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT Operations, Security, Compliance).
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and governance policies.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development (ITSM, ITOM, or custom apps).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and APIs.
- Familiarity with automation tools within ServiceNow (Flow Designer, Integration Hub).
- Exposure to NOW Assist and Agentic AI or willingness to learn and implement AI-driven features.
