Service Now Developer - ITSM & ITOM

We, MiNdLiNkS IT Consulting are looking for people who have experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, Desktop Support, Incident Management, Change Management Domains and people having experience in JIRA, Ivanti, Remedy, Maximo, HPSM kind of Ticketing Platforms possessing 1 to 8 years of experience and willing to work from home (WFH) in the ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM Modules, for a reputed MNC in a permanent roles through MiNdLiNkS Upskilling and Direct MNC Hiring.

We have multiple openings in ServiceNow Platform in a different locations. A few positions are of Hybrid (2D/W) just to punch in & out.

a). Package Per Annum For 1 to 3 years of ServiceNow Developer will be up to 10L Per Annum.

b). Package Per Annum For 4 to 5 years of ServiceNow Developer will be up to 18L Per Annum.

c). Package Per Annum For 6 to 8 years of ServiceNow Developer will be up to 30L Per Annum.

d). Package Per Annum For 9 to 12 years of ServiceNow Developer will be up to 40L Per Annum.

We have a continuous requirements on ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM Modules for experienced resources, where we hire for our UK, US, UAE and Australian MNC Clients under the 90 DAYS WORKBENCH Hiring Program. This is a WORKBENCH Hiring Program, where we Upskill the shortlisted candidates with a primary screening interview, and let you work in our project with our experienced and skilled team of professionals. You will be taking part into the System Analysis, eliciting the requirements to documenting User Stories. Developing prioritized User Stories, Configuring which includes continuous Testing Process and Deploying an operable product. You will be active in Reporting and participating in the Status Calls, Customer Interactions and Scrum Calls. Our team will guide you, how to handle the Client Calls too.

1. Certification is not a mandatory in ServiceNow Hiring world as MNCs only has to offer a voucher after a successful learning inside the companies.

2. Salary Hikes will be based on your relevant experience, and current CTC and especially how soon you join.

3. For a few companies, Joining Bonus will be a plus.

4. Monday to Friday and IST hours will be the required working mode.

5. There would be a different approach for people not having PF credited throughout their Service History or people not having Reliving Letters of last companies.

6. Manageable English Language Skills will be a plus.

7. Having minimum graduation in any discipline is a must and no any percentage constraints.

8. Good Listening & Communicational skills and Team Working spirit is an added advantage.
