Job Description: Senior ServiceNow Developer for SN Automation and Optimization Project

Academic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

- Master's degree or equivalent is considered an asset

Professional and Technical Skills

· Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) implementation and optimization

· Expertise in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and workflow/flow migration strategies

· Deep understanding of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)

· Experience designing reusable and scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with OOB best practices

· Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, and REST integrations

· Experience with ServiceNow SDLC, update sets, and release management processes

· Strong knowledge of error handling frameworks and integration patterns

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management

Required Experience

· 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience

· Hands-on experience implementing ATF and reducing manual testing effort

· Proven experience in migrating legacy workflows to Flow Designer

· Experience in building reusable catalog item flows and standardization initiatives

· Experience in integration development and error handling optimization

Certifications

· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required

· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required

· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM) – Preferred

· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ATF or equivalent – Preferred
