We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 4-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide support for our ServiceNow applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
- Perform system administration tasks including maintaining and configuring ServiceNow environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
- Create and manage ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and script includes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and services.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow development processes and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
- Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
